Join us for a transformative afternoon as we delve into the art of collective rest. “Settle into Your Stillpoint” is a Sonic Sound Bath and Restorative Somatic Cellular Breathing experience, meticulously designed to soothe the autonomic nervous system and foster deep relaxation.

Through a harmonious blend of breathwork, sound vibrations, guided visualization, voice, and restorative shapes, we will lead you into a tranquil state. This immersive session aims to welcome the dorsal and sympathetic systems into a state of stillness, promoting a healthy parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS). As a result, you’ll experience slower heart and breathing rates, lower blood pressure, and enhanced digestion and metabolism, paving the way for recovery and overall well-being.

Lifelong vocalist, spiritual intuit, musician, and sound healing practitioner, Jessica’s deep love of music is simply a reflection of her passion for uplifting and inspiring others. Working with an array of instruments, movement, and voice she is helping participants connect with their own potential for transformation by bridging music and the arts with scientific wellness practices for an embodied way of living well.
Treating music as a gift as well as a tool for expansion, her focus is on using sound and voice as entry points to regulating the nervous system, while helping others to fine-tune their entire body as an instrument of higher intelligence
Emiliano Ena
Percussionist – Sound operator for ritual spaces, tales, and dance practices.
Starting with selecting records and making beats over two decades ago, he plays ethnic percussion from across the globe and has grown a passion for the frame drums since he experienced a sufi ceremony in 2018. Inspired by a love of the earth, community, and wisdom traditions, Emiliano’s rhythms stir the heart and point us towards a remembrance of ourselves and the wildness of the natural world.
His style of play is informed by the southern indian carnatic tradition and finds himself at home in the improvisational call and response with other musicians.
He is mentored by the SVARAM Sound Research Institute since 2022.
Emiliano is also ambassador for Raven Recordings and licensed space holder for the 5Rhythms dynamic movement practice.
As a student of Life Emiliano is always searching for creative ways to uplift and shake the human spirit.
His favorite band is Fat Freddy’s Drop from New Zealand and psychedelic folk its his jam.
